Brad Jewett, owner of Jewett Performance Horses, has been training horses more than 25 years with experience in horsemanship, trail, western pleasure, western riding, equitation, showmanship, ranch riding, and reining.
Jewett Performance Horses is very proud to say we have trained, coached and exhibited multiple World Champions and Reserve World Champions.
Brad Jewett is owner and President of Jewett Performance Horses Inc., AQHA Professional Horseman and Judge, NSBA Judge, Co Owner of Show For Dough, and Clinician. Brad grew up in San Antonio, Texas where he played many sports, but never rode horses competitively. It wasn't until he decided to go to school at Rawhide Ranch in California that he realized his true passion for riding and training horses. From that moment on he was hooked. Going on to work for Robert Chown reining horses and then going out on his own.
He has been training horses for 25 years with experience in horsemanship, trail, western pleasure, western riding, equitation, showmanship, ranch riding, and reining. Brad is dedicated to creating a friendship with his clients as well as pushing them to their own limits to reach their goals. Jewett has coached multiple World and Congress Champions and has produced some of the most talented horsewomen and men in the industry.
MEET TIM KIMURA
Co-founder & Man Of Trail
TIM “THE TRAIL MAN” KIMURA also known as, THE (MOT), THE MAN OF TRAIL. Tim is
known for his creative and innovative trail course designs, and clinics he does around the world. For over 40 years, Tim has drawn trail courses for mostly every top 10 AQHA HORSE SHOW in the nation, and for many of the top rated championship shows throughout EUROPE and CANADA.
Tim is proud to have played a big part in the growth of the trail horse industry. Tim has a passion for designing trail courses that are challenging to ride and enjoyable to judge. Tim's Job is always feels like a gift and a curse. In 2020, Tim was honored by the NSBA'S ”IMPACT AWARD”, which is given to an individual who has had a great impact on the horse show industry. But on the other hand, tim's work and travels keeps him away from home and his family and dogs for over 300 days of the year. Tim truely enjoys coaching trail and watching the process of making beginners to advance riders learn how to better communicate to their horses and accomplish their goals and dreams. Thus, his journey has led him from his roots at the central valley saddle club in reedley, California.
First to be known as TIM THE TRAIL MAN KIMURA to the worldwide trail tour he is widely know at the MOT, THE MAN OF TRAIL... and, finally the additional pleasure of co-hosting the KEEPING IT REAL SHOW with his good friend BRAD JEWETT.
